As a licensed Esthetician and Spray Tan Artist in Tennessee, I truly believe everyone deserves to glow, and I'm here to help you achieve it. My studio, Ella Atwell Esthetics, is conveniently located in Downtown Kingsport, nestled inside Payneless Beauty. This is where I specialize in two things: custom facials and spray tans, all tailored specifically for your unique skin type and tone. My philosophy goes beyond just a treatment. While I love seeing your skin transform in the studio, my goal is to empower you with the knowledge to maintain and improve your results at home. That way, you continue to feel confident and radiant long after you leave my space. I can’t wait to meet you and start your glow journey!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Required Notice: You must call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Cancellation Fee: Providing less than 48 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total scheduled services. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. • Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your service and you will be charged the full cancellation fee (50% of scheduled services). • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for an appointment without any notice will also be charged the full cancellation fee (50% of scheduled services).
